The brand makes the promise, the company writes the clause

Five brands in this library share one Anjouan licence number held by one company. Only one of the five is presented as instant, three publish a ceiling, and the three ceilings are all different. The promise belongs to the brand; the rules belong to the company.

The register shows the seam

A licence number is the only field in these records that is not written by the operator's marketing department, and it is the field that gives away how many brands stand on one set of rules.

Five brands in the hundred-record library carry Anjouan number ALSI-202508056-FI2, held by Novatrix SRL: Oshi Casino, PlayAmo, Slotum, Winz.io and Bitkingz. Three carry Curaçao number OGL/2024/1307/0748, held by Scores55 Tech B.V.: 7bit Casino, KatsuBet and Mirax. Two carry Curaçao eGaming number 8048/JAZ: LTC Casino and Primedice. Elsewhere in the same library, Bitcasino.io and Livecasino.io share OGL/2023/111/0069 under Moon Technologies B.V.

Three of the brands presented as instant sit inside those groups: PlayAmo, KatsuBet and LTC Casino. Their sister brands are not presented that way, and they are governed by a licence issued to the same company.

Five brands, one number, five different stories

The Novatrix group is the clearest example on this site of a promise being a brand-level choice.

Of the five, PlayAmo is the one recorded as advertising instant withdrawals. Oshi Casino, Slotum, Winz.io and Bitkingz are not.

Of the same five, three publish a withdrawal ceiling and no two of them match. Oshi Casino: 4,000 EUR a day, clause 12. PlayAmo: 7,500 EUR a week, clause 12. Slotum: 15,000 EUR or USD a week, clause 13. Winz.io and Bitkingz publish nothing on file here.

None of the five publishes the amount at which the identity check begins.

So one licensed company, under one number, has produced five different presentations of the same underlying operation. The reasonable conclusion is not that the money moves at five different speeds. It is that the sentence on the landing page is a positioning decision, taken per brand, and that the paragraph a player is bound by is written somewhere further back. What that paragraph looks like when there is a figure in it is on above the ceiling.

KatsuBet and its sisters

The Scores55 group behaves the same way with a different distribution. KatsuBet is the brand presented as instant; it publishes no ceiling. Mirax, a sister brand on the same licence number, publishes 10,000 EUR a week in clause 8 and is not presented as instant. 7bit Casino publishes neither.

Set side by side, the brand that advertises speed is the brand that discloses least, and the brand that discloses a figure is the one making no speed claim at all. That is a small sample and this site does not stretch it into a rule. It is consistent with the wider count, where none of the five operators in the whole library that publish a verification threshold is one of the twelve marked as instant — a pairing examined on the check that stops it.

LTC Casino, Primedice and one Curaçao number

LTC Casino shares Curaçao eGaming number 8048/JAZ with Primedice. The record for LTC Casino names no licence holder and no status, and the only address on file for the number is LTC Casino's own homepage.

A licence link that points at the operator's own site confirms nothing about the licence, because the operator controls both ends of it. Two of the thirteen rows here are in that position: LTC Casino and Wolf.bet. Across the whole library, seven operators link to themselves for a licence they say they hold. What a number does and does not establish is on the licence behind it.

Why a reader should care about the company at all

Because the entity that answers for a payout is the licensed one, not the brand. A complaint about a withheld withdrawal is made against the company on the register entry, and a regulator's decision about that company reaches every brand it runs.

It also changes what a comparison is worth. Two brands that look like independent competitors, one of them advertising instant payouts and the other not, may be the same operation deciding to say two different things. Comparing them is then comparing copy, not comparing operators — the same failure described from a different angle on where the claim is printed and on the meaning of instant.

The rules used to record ownership, and the point at which this site stops claiming to know, are on how the documents are read.

Questions people actually type

Do several instant-payout casinos share an owner?
Several brands in this library share a licence number and a licence holder, which is the strongest ownership signal a public register gives. Five share ALSI-202508056-FI2 under Novatrix SRL: Oshi Casino, PlayAmo, Slotum, Winz.io and Bitkingz. Three share OGL/2024/1307/0748 under Scores55 Tech B.V.: 7bit Casino, KatsuBet and Mirax. Two share Curaçao eGaming number 8048/JAZ: LTC Casino and Primedice.
Does a shared licence prove common ownership?
It proves the same licensed entity is named on the register entry for both brands. Corporate structures behind that can be more complicated, and this site does not claim to have traced them. What it does claim is what the register shows: one number, one named holder, several brand names.
Why does the shared licence matter to a payout?
Because the promise and the obligation are made by different parties. A brand says instant on its landing page. The licensed company writes the clause that governs the payout and answers for it. When one company runs five brands and says five different things, the difference is a marketing decision rather than a difference in how money actually moves.
Do the sister brands publish the same limits?
No, and that is the useful part. Under one licence number, Oshi Casino publishes 4,000 EUR a day in clause 12, PlayAmo 7,500 EUR a week in clause 12, and Slotum 15,000 EUR or USD a week in clause 13. Two of the five publish nothing at all.
