The Instant Clause

The register, and its limits

No licence in this set says anything about how fast money leaves

Twelve operators marked as instant all name a licensing authority and all carry a number. None of the licences summarised for this site imposes a payout deadline, and two of the thirteen rows offer no address to check the number against except the operator's own site.

What is on file for the twelve

Every one of the twelve names an authority and carries a number. On the raw count that looks like a well-documented set, and against the wider library it is: 68 of the hundred operators there carry a licence number at all.

Four sit under the Curaçao Gaming Authority: Bitsler under OGL/2024/930/0387 held by Oyine N.V., KatsuBet under OGL/2024/1307/0748 held by Scores55 Tech B.V., Shuffle under OGL/2024/1337/0628 held by Natural Nine B.V., and Wild.io under OGL/2024/210/0198 held by Stack Gaming Ltd. A fifth, LTC Casino, carries an older Curaçao eGaming number, 8048/JAZ, with no holder and no status recorded.

Seven sit under Anjouan: CoinPoker, Flush, PlayAmo, Rakebit, Bspin, DuckDice and Wolf.bet. Vave, the paid placement, holds Curaçao Gaming Authority number OGL/2024/1676/0905 under Latcas B.V.

The thing none of them contains

Read across all of it and the same absence appears in every row. No licence record collected for this site imposes a period inside which a withdrawal must be paid.

That is worth stating plainly because it removes a common assumption. A reader who finds a licence number, checks it, and concludes that the payout is therefore supervised has confirmed something real and something narrower than they think. Authorisation is not a service-level agreement. The regulator has not read the operator's landing page and has not undertaken that instant means anything.

So the licence answers a different question from the one this site asks. It says who is answerable. The terms say what they are answerable for, and on the payout question the terms say discretion — twelve times over, as set out on the check that stops it.

When the only address is the operator's own

A licence number is only as good as the place it can be checked. Two of the thirteen rows here offer no such place.

LTC Casino's record links to ltccasino.com. Wolf.bet's links to wolfbet.com. In both cases the operator is the sole source for a claim about its own authorisation, which is the one situation where a number establishes nothing at all. Across the whole library, seven operators are in this position.

The rest link outward, at three different strengths. Four rows — Bitsler, KatsuBet, Shuffle and Wild.io — point at an individual certificate page on the Curaçao authority's own certificate service, which is the strongest form on this site because it resolves to one licence rather than to a list. Vave's link points at the root of that same service rather than at an entry, so it names the right register without opening at the right line. The Anjouan rows point at the board's public licence register, which is a real register but an index page, so it confirms where to look without confirming which line belongs to which brand.

Those are three different qualities of evidence and this site does not flatten them into one tick. How the distinction is recorded is on how the documents are read.

Thirteen operators: the twelve our facts library marks as advertising instant withdrawals, plus the paid placement, which is not one of them. Every figure carries the clause it was copied from. A cell reading not published means the operator's own document says nothing we could find on that point; a cell reading not read means we have no document on file for it. Neither is a zero and neither is a permission.

A number can belong to more than one brand

The register also shows what a brand name hides. Five brands share Anjouan number ALSI-202508056-FI2 under Novatrix SRL, three share Curaçao number OGL/2024/1307/0748 under Scores55 Tech B.V., and LTC Casino's 8048/JAZ is shared with another brand entirely.

That matters for a payout because the entity answering a complaint is the licensed one. It also means a licence number checked for one brand has been checked for its sisters at the same time — including sisters that publish very different withdrawal ceilings, which is followed through on one company, many promises.

What a licence is worth to a reader on this subject

Three things, and none of them is speed.

It names a company. If a payout goes wrong, the complaint is against that company, not against the brand on the tab.

It gives a status. Where a register entry resolves, it says whether the authorisation is current. That is a genuine check and it takes about a minute.

It sets the jurisdiction of any dispute. Which matters far more than a landing page suggests, and which no comparison table can decide for a reader.

What it does not give is a period, a threshold or a ceiling. Those live in the operator's own documents, where two of the twelve publish a ceiling and none publishes a threshold — the figures are on above the ceiling, the shape of a real commitment is on claim or obligation, and the twelve one by one are on who advertises it.

Questions people actually type

Does a gambling licence require a casino to pay out quickly?
Nothing in the licence records collected for this site imposes a payout period. A licence establishes that a named company was authorised by a named body under a number, and it governs conduct in broad terms. The speed of an individual withdrawal is left to the operator's own terms, which is why the terms are where this site looks.
Which authorities licence the twelve?
Two jurisdictions cover all twelve. Four hold Curaçao Gaming Authority licences — Bitsler, KatsuBet, Shuffle and Wild.io — and LTC Casino holds an older Curaçao eGaming number, making five in the Curaçao family. The other seven are licensed under Anjouan: CoinPoker, Flush, PlayAmo, Rakebit, Bspin, DuckDice and Wolf.bet. Vave, the paid placement here, holds a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence and is not one of the twelve.
What does a licence number actually prove?
That the number exists on a register alongside a holder and a status, if the register can be reached. It does not prove the operator's marketing claims, does not certify its payout process, and does not mean a regulator has read the same clauses this site reads.
Are any of the licence links unusable?
Two of the thirteen rows link only to the operator's own website for a licence it says it holds: LTC Casino and Wolf.bet. Across the whole hundred-record library seven operators do this. A link an operator controls at both ends confirms nothing, and those rows are treated as unverified on that point.
