The first switch
Twelve discretionary clauses, and not one amount between them
Every instant claim in this set sits above one sentence: the operator may ask for documents whenever it decides to. Twelve operators write a version of it and none attaches a figure. Five operators elsewhere in the library do attach one, and none of those five advertises speed.
One sentence, twelve times
The clauses differ in numbering and barely at all in effect. Reading them side by side is the fastest way to see that the instant claim and the identity check were never in tension for the drafters — they simply live on different pages.
Bitsler, clause 4.3: registration takes an email, and the operator reserves the right to request proof of age or identification at any time, to verify registration details or to comply with anti-money-laundering law, and may suspend an account until satisfactory documents are provided.
Shuffle, clause 4.1: documentation may be requested at any time it deems necessary, and access or withdrawals may be restricted until identity is established to its satisfaction.
DuckDice, Section 2: documentation may be requested at any time, at its discretion, to determine identity, location and source of funds.
Wolf.bet, Section 5: the same reservation, plus a statement that verification is required before a payout is processed.
PlayAmo, clause 12: identity documents and other verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed, a phone call or video check may be requested, and an account may be locked until fully verified. The record notes explicitly that no monetary threshold is stated.
Wild.io: documents may be requested at any time at its discretion, and the account may face security verification before the first withdrawal — written in its responsible gambling policy rather than its terms.
Vave, the paid placement here and not one of the twelve, says the same thing in clause 8.7.

Zero and five
The count that matters is the pair. Zero of the twelve operators marked as instant publish the amount at which the check begins. Five operators in the same hundred-record library do publish it, and the five are Bitcasino.io at 2,500 EUR in clause 6.6, Sportsbet.io at 2,500 EUR in clause 6.6, Livecasino.io at 2,500 EUR in clause 6.6, Rocketpot at 2,500 USD in clause 11.4 and Empire.io at 2,000 USDT in clause 5.4.
None of those five carries the instant-withdrawal marker.
That is the sharpest finding this site has, and it needs stating carefully because it is a correlation across a hundred records rather than a proof of intent. The operators willing to write down the point at which a payout stops being straightforward are not the operators selling the idea that it never does. A published threshold is a promise with an edge, and an edge is exactly what an unqualified adjective cannot survive.
The threshold that exists and is not shown
Shuffle's anti-money-laundering policy is the exception that makes the pattern legible. It describes risk-based due diligence and says withdrawal functions may be suspended once a risk-dependent threshold is reached. The threshold is acknowledged to exist and its value is withheld.
So the honest reading of an empty cell in the check column is not that there is no line. It is that the line is somewhere and the player will find it by crossing it. Which is also why an empty cell is never printed here as a zero — the reasoning is set out on how the documents are read.
Two operators where the check contradicts the shop window
Rakebit's terms of use require an identity document, a selfie and proof of address when a withdrawal is first claimed, and its own FAQ says standard withdrawals are processed without documents. Its KYC policy adds that checks can be run before a first deposit below two thousand dollars if a payment provider requires it. Three of Rakebit's own pages, three different pictures.
LTC Casino goes the other way. Its homepage says no verification and no documents are needed, even after a large win, and its terms and conditions say nothing about verification at all. A contract that is silent has not committed to anything, and a homepage that is not part of the contract cannot commit on its behalf.
Both cases are about which surface a sentence is printed on rather than about whether it is true, which is taken apart on where the claim is printed.
What a reader can do with the check
Open the operator's terms, find the withdrawal section, and read the paragraph immediately before and after it. The verification sentence is almost always adjacent, because both were drafted as parts of one decision about when money leaves.
If that paragraph contains a currency figure, that figure is the edge of the promise and everything below it is the operator's normal process. If it contains only discretion, then the promise has no edge, which is the same as saying it has no shape. And if the section is silent, treat every timing quoted elsewhere on the site as unverified, including on comparison pages that state it confidently.
The second switch — the published ceiling — works differently and is on above the ceiling. The parts a real commitment would need are on claim or obligation, and the twelve operators one by one are on who advertises it.
